How many permutations of 3 digits (if they must be different) are there from the numbers 0-9?
unit place tens place and hundred place to be used with 0 to 9 number
hundred place 0 can not be used so to fill up hundred place options are 9
tens place 9 and unit place is 8
so total permutation will be 9x9x8=81x8=648
