How do you set up this question in order to solve it? You are building 16 digit passwords (numbers only). what is the probability that you create a password that has no repeated digits?
-------
There are only 10 digits to work with.
If repetion IS allowed you could generate 10^16 passwords.
If repetition is NOT allowed you could NOT generate a 16 digit password.
---
Probability under those condition is zero.
