I would like to know how to answer these following problems. thank you
1. In how many ways can 7 people be seated in a round table such that a particular girl G1 must not be seated together?
2. 8 boys and 5 girls are to be seated around a table. Find the number of ways that this can be done in each of the following,
a. there are no restrictions
b. no 2 girls are adjacent
c. all girls form a single block
d. a particular girl G is adjacent to two particular boys b1 and b2
3.ten chairs have been arranged in a row. seven students are to be seated in seven of them so that no two students share a common chair. Find the number of ways this can be done if no two empty chairs are adjacent?
4. In how many ways can seven boys and two girls be lined up in a row such that the girls must be separated by exactly three boys?
