Question 754174: The missing number in the series :
0, 6, 24, 60, 120, ?, 336, is
(A) 240 (B) 220 (C) 280 (D) 210

Answer by Cromlix(4381)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
210
0 6 24 60 120 ? 336
6 18 36 60
6*1 6*3 6*6 6*10 This should be 6*15
= 90
120 + 90 = 210
Number 336 would be formed by 6*21= 126
210 + 126 = 336
Sorry if a bit of a muddle!
Hope it helps
