There are 10 ways to choose the first person, then for each of those 10 ways there are 9 ways to choose the second person -- altogether 90 ways to choose the first two people. Then for each of those 90 ways there are 8 ways to choose the third person.

Altogether, for all 10 people: 10!. Use your calculator.
