Answer by funmath(2933)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
There are 2 ways to get 11 with 2 dies, (5,6) and (6,5).
There are 6*6=36 possible rolls.
The probability of 1 11 is 2/36=1/18.
The probabilty of getting an 11 and an 11 requires the multiplication rule.
P(11 and 11)=(1/18)(1/18)=1/324=.0031

There are only two ways to get eleven. ~> 6 and 5 ~or~ 5 and 6
6^2 = 36 There are a total of 36 different outcomes.
2/36 = 1/18 Is the probability of getting an 11
(1/18)(1/18) = 1/324
