You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A basketball team has 12 members. In how many ways can five players be chosen under each of the following conditions?
a. The selection is random
C(12,5)
-------------------------------
b. The two tallest players are always among the five selected.
My answer is: C (12,5) X C (5,2) = 792 X 10 = 7920.
I think the 2 tallest can only be selected in 1 way.
The remaining 3 players can be selected in C(10,3) ways.
