Ive already decided that you should use permutations on this because order does matter, correct?

Incorrect. Order doesn't matter.
There are 2 possible ways to answer the t/f questions and 4 possible ways for the multiple choice.
2^5 * 4^3
=32*64
=2048 possible ways.
