Question 436407: The question is How many arrangements of the letters in INSTRUCTOR have all of the following properites:
a. The vowel appearing in alphabetical order,
b. At least 2 consonants between each vowel.
a.In a I understand that vowels are fixed in the alphabet as A,I,O,U abd there is only one way to put 3 vowels but I am lost after that.
b. I understand that there are two sections that appear with atleast 2 consonants in the word, but after that I do not know how to solve it.

1)Find the measure of the complement to angle A, whose angle measures 48 degrees.
Ans: 90-48 = 42 degrees

Ans: 360 degrees
