Since order does not matter, i have tried 15C3*15C5*15C7 I am not getting the given answer of 360360 though...

15C7*8C5*3C3=360,360 Once they are on the committee of 7 you only have 8 bodies remaining for the committee of 5 and then only 3 left for the committee of 3.
