Or you can branch it out. Star with 6 long branches, then have 5 medium branches off each of the 6, then 4 smaller branches off each of the 5 mediums.

no. of ways = 15C6 * 9C5 *4C4
= 630630
this problem is just like dividing 15 persons in 3 different groups having 6,5
and 4 capacity.
