The number of ways of choosing two more people other than Barb and Bob from 8 people is 8C2 = 28. The total number of ways of choosing 4 people out of ten is 10C4 = 210. Therefore the probability that both Barb and Bob are both on the same committee of 4 is 28/210 = 2/15.
