Now, for word BHARAT, there are 6 letters and A occurs 2 times...
No. of words starting from A : 5! ( arrange BHART in 5 places )

now, words starting from B
No. of words starting from BA = 4!
now, the next word starting from BH..... i.e BHAART

then after BHARAT

no. of words before BHARAT = 5! + 4! + 1= 120 + 24 +1 = 145

so, rank of BHARAT in dictionary = 146
