There are 5 ways to select the business course. For each of those ways, there are 3 ways to select the mathematics course, so that is 15 ways. For each one of those ways, there are 6 ways to pick the first elective course. Then presuming that she isn't going to take the same elective course twice, there are only 5 ways to pick the second elective course. Then there are 8 ways to choose from 5 history or 3 social science courses.
