There are 6 red face cards in the deck of 52, so the probability of drawing a red face card on the first draw is 6/52. Once you have drawn that card, given that it actually is a red face card, you only have 5 red face cards and 51 total cards left, so 5/51. Repeat the pattern for the other two cards.
Hence the desired probability is:
6/52 times 5/51 times 4/50 times 3/49.
