So we consider quintuples of cards  (the sets consisting of  5  cards)  that have  4  queens.

All such quintuples are obtained by adding one / (any) of  48  non-queens cards to the group of  4  queens cards.

So, the number of such quintuples is exactly  48,  the number of non-queens in the standard deck of cards.             ANSWER
