Question 1173851: Three color pens in red, yellow, and blue are given now. In filling 3 boxes in Figure II with
different color pens with these color pens, how many different patterns can be formed? (Each box
can only be filled with one color)
can you help me with this? thank you so much
Answer by ikleyn(52864) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
.
I do not see these 3 boxes in Figure II, and do not see the Figure itself,
and do not understand how these boxes are related to color pens.
And what is the logical and/or physical connection between these entities ?
And what are these patterns the post is talking about ?

Let me explain you that normal/regular TRUE Math problem is a piece of art,
made with GREAT RESPECT to the reader, in such a way THAT
everything is clear after the very first reading.

Everything else is not a Math problem, at all.
And in this post I do not see any respect to a reader.
What I see is a collection of words without any logical connections between them.
Which makes me very sad . . .

It is a form of politeness accepted among mathematicians:
to write shortly, clearly and accurately.
