The statement of the problem is incomplete. How many identified points are there on the number line?
And what do you mean by "can be drawn"?
On the surface, it seems as though the answer should be that 2 rays can be drawn from each identified point on the number line -- one in each direction. So for n identified points the number of rays would be 2n.
But since the question is unclear, that might not be what you are looking for.
Suppose there are 3 identified points, A, B, and C in that order, smallest to largest.
Are you counting the ray pointing left from A? Or do you have to name the ray using the identified points?
And if you need to use the identified points to name the rays, are you counting AB and AC as different rays?
