in how many way can a team of 6 candidates can be formed out out of a total 10 candidates such that 2 particular candidates should be included in each department.

If we have two candidate that must be include.
We need to pick the rest of the team (4 members from a total 0f 8)
8C4 = 8!/(4!)^2 = 70.
