There are eight letters and two pairs of repeating letters, so this would be
8!/(2!*2!) = 10080

A=2
T=2
L=1
N=1
I-1
C=1
n(no. of letters of the word ATLANTIC)=8
Cancel out all with the values of 1.
8!/(2!)(2!)=10080
