A university plans to enroll 1500 first year students in the coming year. A random sample of 50 current first year students found that 40 live more than 10 miles from the university. Based on this sample how many of the 1500 first year students would he expected to live no more than 10 miles from the university?

40/50 or 80% live over 10 miles away.
20% live closer. 20% of 1500 is 300, this is the estimate.
