Maybe....
2 +7 = 9
9 -4 = 5
5 +8 = 13
13 -3 = 10
10 +9 = 19
19 -2 = 17
17 +10 = 27
27 -1 = 26
26 +11 =37
37 -0 = 37
Positives go up, negatives go down. Every other pair. I couldn't find a better pattern given these numbers.
