5/5-2/5=3/5
1/4*3/5= 3/20 not from Mexico; Am I correct?

or 25% of the coins are foreign.
Of that 25%, or 40% are from Mexico.
Multiply .25 * .4 to get .1 -- 10% are from Mexico.
