With a ratio of 3:2 , 3/(3+2) = 3/5 is the fraction that is buses.
3/5 * 15 = 3*15/5 = 3*3 = 9.
With a ratio of 3:2 , 2/(3+2) = 2/5 is the fraction that is bikes.
32/5 * 15 = 2*15/5 = 2*3 = 6.
We have 9 buses and 6 bikes.
