Yesterday 1/3 of students gave their speech = 54*1/3 = 18
The remaining students are 54 - 18 = 36
Today 2/3rd of remaining students gave speech = 2/3 * 36 = 24
The student still haven't given their speeches are 36 - 24 = 12
