You are looking for a three-part ratio, Grade4:Grade5:Grade6.

Currently you know this:
4:5:{48%_of_Grade5}
= 4:5:0.48*5
= 4:5:2.4

Ratios are best written with natural numbers, so considering the denominator of 2.4 would be 5, try multiplying the three parts of the ratio by 5:
4*5=20; 5*5=25; 2.4*5=12.

You could show this ratio as 20:25:12
