Hi
If 2 times the reciprocal of a number is subtracted from 3 times the number, the difference is 1.
**** |Multiplying thru by x so as all denominators = 1
3x^2 - 2 = x
3x^2 - x - 2 = 0
(3x+2)(x-1) = 0
(3x+2)=0 , x = -2/3
(x-1)= 0 , x = 1
CHECKING our answer***
3 -2 = 1
