18600 represents ( 100% - 33 1/3% ) of the original amount.
18600 = 66 2/3 % of the original amount
18600 = 2/3 of original amount
Mulitiply each side by 3
3(18600) = 3(2/3) original amount
3(18600) = 2 * original amount
Divide each side by 2
3(9300) = original amount
27900 = original amount
