hi there firstly to find percentage its always your score or value divided by the total score/value * 100:
are wearing red
to find the percent of students not wearing red two ways;
1) find the difference between the values you know then divide that new value by the total amount
2) 100% - % of your first question
therefore:
number of students wearing red: ~74%
number of students not wearing red: ~26%
