You have to make a proportion on this one--
First thing you have to do is to set the proportion up, like this:
x/100 = is/of
Doing the is over of part may seem weird but it really helps.
66 people of 400 people are left handed, so that means:
x/100 = 66/400
*Cross multiply and finish the proportion
400x = 66(100)
400x = 6600
*Divide each side by 400
*x = ?
