Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
40% on food, 30% on rent =
a total of 70%.
100% - 70% = 30%
Therefore, 30% = Rs 6000
1% = Rs 200
100% = Rs 20,000.
This is his monthly salary.
Hope this helps.
