Question 763379: x-(7-8x)/9x-(3+4x)=2/3 solve x
Answer by Cromlix(4381) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-(7-8x)/9x-(3+4x)=2/3
9x - 7/5x -3 = 2/3
Cross multiply
3(9x - 7) = 2(5x - 3)
27x - 21 = 10x - 6
Collect like terms
27x - 10x = -6 + 21
17x = 15
x = 15/17
Hope this helps.
