Not possible. 3/8 of 42 is 15.75. 3/4 of a woman as an employee is a supremely ludicrous idea on its face, but then that implies that not only must you have 26.25 men (unfortunate accident, perhaps?), but he would have to hire 10.5 women to acheive equality. Either your instructor is a bonehead, or you are a clumsy typist.
