WHEN RATIO IS GIVEN TAKE THE 2 NUMBERS IN PROPORTION TO THAT RATIO...THAT IS HERE
2X AND 3X SINCE FOR ANY VALUE OF X , THE NUMBERS WILL BE IN 2X/3X=2/3 RATIO.
THEIR SUM = 2X+3X=30
5X=30
X=6
SO THE 2 NUMBERS ARE 2*6=12 AND 3*6=18
