Within what income range would approximately 89% of the household incomes lie within this state? Show all work as to how this is obtained.

Chebyshev's approximation says that at least 89% of the population
will lie within 2 standard deviations of the mean.
----
Lower limit: 4500-2*9000 = $27000
Upper limit: 4500+2*9000 = $63000
