you take (3/5) and divide it by 9.
you get (3/5) / (9)
this is equivalent to (3/5) * (1/9) which is equivalent to (3*1)/(9*5) which is equivalent to (3/45) which is equivalent to (1/15)
if you divide (3/5) into 9 parts, each part is equal to (1/15).
to see if this is true, take (1/15) and multiply it by 9.
you will get (9/15) which is equivalent to (3/5).
