The ratio of two positive numbers are 3 to 2 . If the difference between the numbers are 15 what are the numbers?

x/y = 3/2
x-y = 15
----
Rearrange:
x = (3/2)y
Substitute:
(3/2)y-y = 15
(1/2)y = 15
y = 30
================
