Plan A: C(x) = .35(x-200) + 200
Plan B: C(x) = .20(x-240) + 240

.20x - 48 + 240 < .35x - 70 + 200
.20x + 192 < .35x + 130
.20x - .35x < 130 - 192

We need x to be positive, multiply both sides by -1, this reverses the inequality sign
.15x > 62
Divide both sides by .15
x > 62/.15
x > $413.33
