1.5/1.5 = x/1 |cross multiply
1.5x=1.5 so x = 1

1.5/1 = 1/x | cross multiply

1.5x = 1 so x =1/1.5 = .666666666666667 = 2/3. Each hen lays 2/3 egg per day.

I came up with 21. 6*1 1/2=4*7=21
Is this right?
