If Kavitha gave Maya n dollars of payment so that they would receive the same hourly wage, what was the dollar amount in terms of n that Maya was paid in advance

m%2F16 = K's hourly wage

Understand that K gives M n dollars to equalize the hourly wage, therefore
%28m%2Bn%29%2F20 = %28m-n%29%2F16
Cross multiply
20(m-n) = 16(m+n)
20m - 20n = 16m + 16n
20m - 16m = 16n + 20n

Divide both sides by 4
