Say you have 100 gallons of solution. Then 20% of that, which is 20 gallons, is acid and 80%, which is 80 gallons, is water. The ratio of acid to water is then 20:80 which reduces to 1:4 (divide both parts by 20). So you have the correct answer. Good job.
