How an I determine the bacterial population after 3 days in a patient who has an initial population count of 2000 ?

If the antibiotic B is taken every 6 hours, then it is taken 4 times a day. After each dose, the remaining population of bacteria is only 10%, or .1, of what it was. Therefore, the remaining bacteria is 2000x.1^12, or .000000002..
