I have actually figured out the problem to be 8 balcony and 4 floor. The problem is that work has to be shown in algebraic form and I can't figure out how to set the problem up in algebraic form.

Write an equation for each statement:

b = 2f

In the 1st equation, replace b with 2f
15(2f) + 22f = 208
30f + 22f = 208
52f = 208
f =
f = 4 floor tickets
Then
b = 2(4)
b = 8 balcony tickets
