Let x and (25-x) represent th enumber of girls and boys respectively

Question states***

 2%2F3+=+%2825-x%29%2Fx  |Cross Multiplying 

  2x = 3(25-x)

   5x = 75

    x = 15, number of girsls.  There are 10 boys
