There are 2/3 as many pinto beans as red beans. There are 3/5 as many black beans as red beans. How many beans are there in all? What fraction represents the number of black beans?

red beans: 15 |3*5
pinto beans: 10 |2/3)*15
black beans: 9 |3/5)*15
39 Beans in all of which 9 are black | 9/39 = 3/13 of them are black
