Question 388963: Hello! I would appreciate if someone could help me on a word problem having to do with percentages and possibly show work. The problem is:
"A stereo drops from a price of 3300.00 to 2673.00. By what percentage did it drop?"
The answer is 19%, but I do not know how to get it. I tried seeing if 2673 was 19% of 3300, but its not.
