-6 & -4 =) because you want to find all the products first of 24 which are 6 & 4, 12 & 2, 3 & 8 . Then you have to figure out which one of those pairs add to equal -10. since there is a negative you have to think ok 2 negatives when you add will give you a negative & then you just add the numbers. Since they have to be both negative the 2 numbers also have to be negative when you multiply to get a positive number. Since when you multiply 2 negatives you get a positive. So you look at -12+-2 which equals -14 so thats wrong even though it equals 24 when you multiply. Now go to the next one, -3+-8 equals -11 thats also out. so then -6+-4 equals -10 & it equals 24 when u multiply them together. hope that helps =/
