Jefferson Park: 2/5 of the 3/4 of the total size is asphalt
Shelby Park: 3/4 of the 2/5 if the total size is asphalt
(2/5)* 3/4 = 6/20 of the total size
(3/4)*2/5 = 6/20 of the total size
The two areas for basketball are the same in these two Parks
