Answer by nerdybill(7384) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If 5 is increased to 10, the increase is what percent of the original number?
.
So, the "increase" is
10-5 = 5
.
Percent then:
5/5 * 100 = 1 * 100 = 100%
