A gasoline tank is 1/4 full. After adding 10 gallons of gas, the gauge indicates that the tank is 2/3 full. What is the capacity of the tank in gallons?

10 gallons = (2/3) - (1/4) tank
10 gal = 5/12 tank
tank = 10/(5/12) = 24 gallons
